Hi, I’m Bryony, the owner and creative director of Shiift Creative, and I’ll be working with you throughout your Designer Day.
As a small business owner myself, I totally understand what it’s like to get overwhelmed with a never-ending task list that comes with running a business. I know how freeing it can be when I can let someone else take care of the things that are weighing me down, and my business thrives when I collaborate with others.
I’m passionate about propelling your business in the right direction through the powerful tool of design. I’m well connected and can bring on board other creative talent, like copywriters and photographers, in the lead up to your Designer Day so you don’t need to spend precious hours sourcing them yourself.

We’ll have a couple of check-ins with you throughout the day so that you can review the progress and make sure we achieve everything you need.

How does it work?
01 / Chat
First of all, we will meet to discuss your needs and determine your priorities for the day, and whether they will be best suited to a half or full Designer Day Pass. Then we’ll get you booked in!
02 / Choose
Choose a day when you will be available to answer any questions and provide feedback as we work through the agenda. We aim to minimise back and forth, but you will need to be available for 1-2 check-in reviews.
03 / Prep
Once you’re booked in, I will put together an agenda in order of priority and get to work on any prep work needed so we can hit the ground running on your dedicated day.
04 / Meet
Before your dedicated day, we will get together for a planning meeting to go through the agenda and check we have everything lined up for your Designer Day Pass.
05 / Do
We do the work. You sit back and relax. We will be communicating with you throughout the day and gathering feedback so that there are no delays.
06 / Done!
Your project/s will be delivered to you by the end of your dedicated day. And we’ll still be here to help if you need it – you will receive five days of email support, alongside any training videos needed.

During your consultation we will discuss your wish list and decide whether you will require a half, full or multiple Designer Day Passes and any extra creative support.
Half day
Ideal if you have a batch of small updates you are wanting to make to your Squarespace website or want to develop an aspect of your brand identity.

Exclusive 7hrs of design time on your chosen day

With Designer Day Passes, you’re booking me for my exclusive time, skills, tools, and speedy turnaround, not a set of deliverables. Thankfully, i’ve had a career working in fast paced agencies and have dedicated years to refining my process so i’m well equipped to deliver great results on a tight turnaround.
At the time of booking we will discuss the scope of work and priorities. Some projects may require multiple Designer Day Passes, or one of our other services, so we will work out what’s best for you. Whatever we land on we’ll get as much done as possible. If we need more time to complete your to-do list or you simply enjoyed the day so much then you can book me for another day!

Anywhere from at least 2 weeks in advance, so we have enough time to prepare everything that's needed for the day.

Yes! We collaborate with talent matched to your brand so that you can get everything you need in one place without the hassle of managing multiple contractors. We can discuss your needs during your consultation call.

After our consultation call you will receive a proposal and an outline of what we aim to get done during your Designer Day Pass.
Examples of what aren’t included in the flat fee are:

No, but you will need to be available for 1-2 feedback rounds and sign off at the end of the day (5.00pm GMT). Generally, for US clients, this will be the first half of your day.

Due to the fast paced nature of this service, payment for your Designer Day Pass is required upfront. Payment is via Wise – if you prefer to pay via card there will be an additional 3% transaction fee.
If you cancel within 7 days of your Designer Day Pass date you will receive 50% of your balance back. You will also be responsible for any bank charges that may occur. Less than 7 days before your Designer Day the payment is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule you can do so for free within a 30 day period. After the 30 day period expires, you will be charged a $200 / £150 rescheduling fee to secure a new date.
