So you’ve got your new brand identity, now what? Start shaping your customers experience by applying your brand identity to some of your brand touch points.
What are brand touch points?
A brand touch point occurs any time a customer or potential customer interacts with your business.
Brainstorm all of your touch points and see where you can start implementing your brand identity. It is important to use it consistently as this will help make a more memorable impression with your audience. From digital to physical, here are some ideas you might want to start with:
01 / Business cards + stationery
One of the most exciting places to see your logo is on a business card. It’s often the first physical touchpoint you have with anyone who’s interested in your products or services. If you need ideas on how to get creative with your cards see this post.

02 / E-signature
A pain point we discovered quite early on was getting an email signature to look good. It can be a bit tricky to execute through your email provider only. You can include your logo, a photo, social media icons and even change the colour to match your brand identity.
03 / Promo items
Who doesn’t love a good promo item that you can actually use. Rep your new brand identity around the supermarket with a reuseable tote. Order several and use to put client gifts in. 04 / Google My Business profile

05 / Packaging + Stickers
You don’t have to be a product based business to think about packaging. Something as small as a custom sticker can really help your business stand out. Keep it simple by using your logo over a brand colour or get creative with a die cut shape and design using your brand patterns, icons or other elements and create something your customers will love as a token freebie. Use your brand guidelines to update all your invoices, proposals and any other documents that contain your visual identity. Working on them at the same time will enable you to cross check for consistency and make sure everything is looking on point!
